Who we are
Birmingham Dryer Vent Cleaning is a free quote service. We connect Birmingham-area homeowners with independent local dryer vent cleaning companies for free, no-obligation quotes. We are not a dryer vent company, and the companies you hear from are separate businesses, not part of this site.
Information we collect
When you use our quote form, we collect what you choose to enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you're interested in and any details you add about your dryer vent. Only your name and phone number are required. We don't ask for payment details, Social Security numbers or passwords, and you don't need an account to use the site.
How the form is processed
Our form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. When you press submit, your entries go to FormSubmit, which delivers them to us by email. FormSubmit handles that data under its own privacy policy, so please review it if you have questions about how it stores or processes submissions.
How we use your information
- To read your request and reply to you, usually the same day.
- To pass your request to one or more independent local dryer vent companies that work in your area, so they can contact you about a quote.
- To follow up on your request if we need more details.
When we pass your request to a company, it receives the details you entered on the form. Each company is an independent business with its own practices for handling customer information. Once a company has your details, its own policies apply, and you can ask it directly how it uses them.
We don't use your form details for unrelated marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and logs
This site does not require cookies to work. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to connect you with a company and handle any follow-up, and then delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it or delete it. You can also tell any company that contacts you that you're no longer interested. To make a request, call us at Call (727) 300-6656. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their homes or buildings. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
